We have a mixed portfolio of active work traversing the above practice areas. The firm and its partners have had occasion to handle and conclude very large briefs including property transactions of up to over Kshs 200 Million. Currently the firm is among others handling several large Litigation and Arbitration briefs with claims of up to 600 Million. There are also various law suits where the subject matters including property values and/or contract sums are, for each of the matters, running into the hundreds of Millions of shillings.

We are also currently handling various property transactions and projects where for each the values range from Tens of Millions to well over Two Hundred Million Shillings. These include sale transactions as well as projects for the construction and sale of apartment houses as well as up market town houses. We are also presently on the panel of the Parliamentary Service Commission through which we offer services in handling sales of properties as well as perfection of securities to secure mortgages by the members and staff of the Commission. We also handle leases for a pool of Clients (landlords) as well as for tenants on ad hoc basis.
